Ben gets invested
It's becoming tradition of Gladstone, to invest new scouts in unusual places.
So when we went Do-Nutting for our last meeting of the term, we decided to invest Ben too.
For those that aren't aware Do-Nuts are large inflatable rings that can be spun and linked together as they slide down a dry ski slope. It's fast, furious & fun!
So when the time came, all the Scouts linked together in their do-nuts at the top of the slope, Ben confirmed his Promise, applauded by the other Scouts who then pushed Ben and myself down him down the slope in our respective Do-Nuts.
It's fair to say it was a memorable and one of the most fun investiture yet.
